In their affidavits filed with the courts, Inspector General of Police Joseph Boinnet, Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) boss George Kinoti and Director of Immigration Gordon Kihalangwa responded on why they pulled the outspoken lawyer off the courts and sent him to Canada.
