National Super Alliance (NASA) Coalition leader Raila Odinga on Tuesday 19 November responded to Attorney General Githu Muigai’s remarks when he said that he (Raila) would be charged with treason if he went ahead with plans to be sworn-in as president of Kenya.
"I reiterate any attempts to swear in any person as president other than the one elected in line with the constitution and in a manner provided for in the law is unlawful, illegal null and void ab initio," the AG had earlier warned.
