Former Machakos Senator Johnstone Muthama and Gatundu South Member of Parliament (MP) Moses Kuria were on Tuesday charged with incitement to violence at the Milimani Law Courts in Nairobi.
The two controversial politicians pleaded not guilty to the charges and were released on cash bails of Sh300,000 or bonds of Sh500,000 each.
