Fresh from finishing as runners-up in the Driftwood Sevens, Top Fry Nakuru RFC are determined to remain consistent as they seek glory on the National Sevens Circuit.
Nakuru failed at the last hurdle during last weekend's outing in Mombasa, losing 17-7 to defending champions Homeboyz in the final.
Newly-appointed head coach Mitch Ocholla is working round the clock to improve some technicalities as the side aims to finish in top three in the remaining series.
Nakuru are in Pool B alongside Kenya Harlequins, Kenya Commercial Bank and Kisii RFC in the Kabeberi Sevens.
"We know it is going to be tough but we are equal to the task of achieving our target, " Ocholla said.
The coach hailed the trio of Geoffrey Ominde, Monate Akuwei and Brian Maina, saying their performance had improved the morale of young players on the team.
