Sergio Aguero to be investigated by police after a Bournemouth steward claimed he was hit

Dorset Police have launched an investigation after Manchester City’s Sergio Aguero was the subject of a complaint by a Bournemouth steward who said the forward “struck” him in chaotic scenes at the end of Saturday’s Premier League game.

City’s Raheem Sterling scored the winner in stoppage time and was sent off for a second yellow card because of his celebrations as supporters spilled on to the pitch, forcing stewards and police to intervene.
