Retired teachers have expressed disappointment over the failure by the Director of Pensions to release their dues as ordered by the High Court.
Addressing the press yesterday, their lawyer Dominic Kimatta accused Director of Pensions Shem Nyakutu of defying the court orders of February 28 where he was ordered to conclude the payments of 1997 and 1998 retired teachers’ pension and salary arrears.
