Cameroonian Issa Hayatou is facing his biggest challenge as the Confederation of African Football (CAF) goes to elections today at the Africa Union headquarters.

Hayatou, who has been CAF president for more than 30 years, is facing Ahmed Ahmed from Madagascar.
