CS Sicily Kariuki denies clandestine voter listing

The National Youth Service used the electoral agency’s Biometric Voter Registration kits to enlist recruits, and did not register voters, a Cabinet Secretary has said.

Gender and Youth CS Sicily Kariuki noted that the IEBC kit was used for enlisting NYS recruits under the National Empowerment Programme initiated by President Uhuru Kenyatta to transform lives of youths.
