Why you need connections as hotlines wont help you.

Last Sunday I passed by an upcoming estate in Migosi, Kisumu. This place is known as Nairobi area. As I was about my business, a house caught fire. Apparently the fire was caused by default in electric power. The fire had just started so as a responsible citizen I took it upon myself to call the famous 911 emergency number. 

It took me close to 2 hours to reach the "nearest man in uniform". All this while the fire razed down the houses mercilessly. That neighbors tried to put off the fire using water did not help the matter. Apparently the water seemed to provoke the furious fire.
