Governors to sue Government over Sh280 billion meant for counties

The Council of Governors (CoG) is planning to sue the Government over the Sh280 billion belonging to the counties but is still with Treasury.

Speaking in Timau when he commissioned the "Simon" dispensary, CoG Chairman Peter Munya said all governors were in agreement that it was prudent to seek legal redress.
