NAIROBI, KENYA: The National Civil Society Congress (NCSC) has unveiled a campaign against Members of the County Assemblies (MCAs), with the aim of ridding the county assemblies of alleged rampant corruption.
The congress, working under the Jukwaa La Katiba Citizens' Constitution Implementation Platform, formally launched the campaign dubbed "Operation Ondoa Panya", which shall mobilise Kenyans to take action against MCAs who abuse or misuse public resources.
