Nairobi, Kenya: A former Moi University student leader and blogger Seth Odongo alias Dikembe Disembe was arraigned in a Nairobi court over hate remarks he posted on his FaceBook page in relation to Mpeketoni attacks in Lamu County.
Odongo appeared before Milimani Senior Principal Magistrate Ellena Nderitu and was released on Sh5 million bond or cash bail of Sh2 million after denying three counts of incitement to violence and disobedience of the law.
