A mechanical engineering university student charged with wearing a police uniform is expected in court on October 19 for his bond terms.
Lambert Adrian Bartebess of the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology denied the charge before Chief Magistrate Francis Andayi. He was also required to present a university identification card.
He is said to have committed the offense on Tuesday on Harry Thuku Road in Nairobi.
In the same court, a tout was charged with two counts of damaging a police vehicle and resisting arrest. Jackson Onsongo, who operates on Rongai route, denied the charges.
