Vihiga County Assembly members on Friday held a special sitting where they ousted eight office bearers and elected new ones in a move aimed at streamlining leadership at the House.
Those who were ousted include Majority Leader Andrew Ahuga, his deputy Jackson Musoga, Minority Leader Jenipher Ekhuya and her deputy Zakayo Manyasa, Majority Whip Abdalla Chogo and his deputy Vincent Atsiaya, Minority Whip Tom Atingo and his deputy Wilberforce Kitiezo.
