How Arsenal can WIN the Premier League title - why Chelsea aren't yet guaranteed winners

It looks for all the world that Chelsea are on their way to another Premier League title.

The all-conquering Blues have been looking down on all others since day one of this 2014/15 season after hitting the front early and never looking back.

But is it all set in stone?

With seven games remaining Chelsea sit seven points clear of Arsenal and a further point ahead of Manchester United with a game in hand on both to boot.

All signs point to yet another trophy for an already bulging Stamford Bridge silverware cabinet - but maybe, just maybe, all is not yet decided ...

Here we take a look at the title run-in and where - maybe - Arsenal could overhaul Chelsea for a famous league win:

If they cannot, the Gunners could close the gap to four points with a win at the Emirates. A win, on current form, they look more than capable of getting.

With Chelsea faltering in back-to-back weeks the momentum is with Arsenal and despite the Blues getting back to winning ways against Leicester and Crystal Palace, the Gunners have the chance to reduce the gap once more.

AWAY VS HULL

Wenger takes his men to the KC Stadium to face Hull for a crunch clash at both ends of the table.

With Chelsea faltering in back-to-back weeks the momentum is with Arsenal and despite the Blues getting back to winning ways against Leicester and Crystal Palace, the Gunners have the chance to reduce the gap once more.

Steve Bruce's side will likely need all the points as they fight for their safety but Arsenal are deceptively good against the so-called smaller teams and will get the win.

HOME VS SWANSEA

Chelsea sit clear once more with the Gunners a game behind but a damaging home loss to Liverpool leaves them vulnerable at the top.

Arsenal play a day later and know a win is imperative as they bid to chase down the league leaders.

Swansea visit the Emirates on a Monday night with very little to play for and the Gunners take full advantage seeing them off with some to spare to close the gap back to four.

AWAY VS MAN UTD

A Super Sunday if ever there was one with Manchester United also well in the title hunt after a fine run.

The two go face-to-face at Old Trafford knowing only one can go forward and challenge Chelsea for all the marbles in a week's time.

The Gunners of old would crumble in such circumstances but they summon every ounce of belief and - after beating them in the FA Cup just months ago - do so again to put them on track for an unlikely title tilt.

HOME VS SUNDERLAND

Wednesday 20th May and D-Day for Arsenal's title challenge.

Chelsea's one-time seven point lead has evaporated into thin air after a shock draw with West Brom under the lights on Monday night.

The game in hand awaits and Sunderland stand in their way.

The Black Cats need all the help they can get to get themselves out of the mire. But they won't get it here - Arsenal are in the mood and are marching towards the title.

HOME VS WESTBROM

Here we are then, it's finally come to this.

The midweek hammering of Sunderland puts them top of the pile and they know simply matching Chelsea's result with the Black Cats will seal the title.

In a bizarre twist Dick Advocaat's men, still scrapping for their Premier League lives at the other end, now find themselves at the very centre of the title race.

The Blues, face them at Stamford Bridge, while Arsenal take on West Brom at the Emirates at the same time.

It couldn't happen, could it?
