Why Mututho wants Masaku 7s ‘banned’

Mututho bans Masaku 7s after the "drama"

He is the NACADA boss whose influence and leadership has been felt by every partaker of the froth following his stringent laws against alcohol consumption.
Thanks to the recent Masaku 7s rugby tournament, whose hype and fun levels seem to have been exaggerated, John Mututho is now back with another ban! Masaku 7s, which saw many revelers caught up in traffic for hours and other partying on the highway as they tried to get to Kenyatta Stadium, may have been the 'coolest party' happening last weekend, but the aftermath seems to have stirred controversy.
Photos making rounds on social media tell a tale of drug abuse and irresponsible behaviour all of which are contrary to 'Kenyan moral standards' and now Mututho warns that such events should be banned.
This comes amidst protests from youth and rugby game lovers who affirm that they were actually interested in the game and that not everyone misbehaved.
