A university student who allegedly licked a minor’s private parts has been arrested and charged with sexual assault.
Jones Otieno Odongo was accused that on June 19, at Donholm estate, he intentionally and unlawfully used his tongue on the private parts of a seven-year-old girl.
It is alleged that the minor was playing with other children including the accused’s brother outside their home in the afternoon when Odongo beckoned the girl to his room where he allegedly undressed and told the girl to follow suit before getting to bed.
The minor told police that Odongo started licking her private parts before they heard a knock on the door.
It was Odongo’s sister who wanted to play games on the computer. The accused is said to have dismissed his sister, then went on to ask the complainant to continue rocking his member.
The prosecution claimed that at some point, the minor got impatient and told Odongo to stop spoiling her as she wanted to go and play with other kids.
It was at that point that Odongo reportedly fingered the minor before allowing her to go home.
He denied the charges and the matter will now be mentioned on June 25.
