Three legislators aligned to Jubilee have vowed to defend their seats on the party ticket despite mounting pressure from supporters to join Opposition.

Mumias East MP Benjamin Washiali, Emanuel Wangwe (Navakholo) and their Ikolomani’s Bernard Shinali have said their decision to use Jubilee as a vehicle to Parliament was final.

“Like a hunter who goes wandering in the wilderness in anticipation of killing a big game, I will remain firm and focused in Jubilee,” said Washiali.

Shinali and Wangwe agreed with him and said the stand they have taken will benefit not only the people of Kakamega County but Western as a whole.
