Kakamega Senator Boni Khalwale asks top leaders to battle corruption

Kakamega Senator Bonni Khalwale who is also the Deputy Party leader of Ford Kenya address mourners during burial service of the late Basil Misango Khalumi, the former Director of Mumias Outgrowers Company Ltd(MOCO) who died a few weeks ago after he was attacked and stung by bees at his Eshisiru home in Kakamega County. Khalwale challenged both the opposition and the government to practice what they preach when dealing with issues of corruption citing recent cases of scandals bedeviling Kilifi and Kakamega County. Kakamega Senator Boni Khalwale has urged President Uhuru Kenyatta, his deputy William Ruto and Opposition leader Raila Odinga to urgently deal with the runaway corruption.

The Ford Kenya Deputy Party leader has lamented that the three leaders are merely playing lip service to the vice rather than “shedding blood” of the corrupt who appear close to their political hearts.
