With controversy surrounding the toxicity of PTFE and PFOA found in Teflon, the substance used to line non-stick frying pans, it would only be prudent to switch to a safer alternative, Fessle non-stick frying pan.

It comes in an all-natural coating enhanced by adding natural minerals that improve the marble function of the coating. The coating also has high durability, with manufacturer claiming to be ten times stronger than Teflon, and improves heat conductivity making it ideal for healthy food preparation without oil.
