A bishop facing defilement charges Thursday told the court that the accusations were instigated by his church's rival splinter group.

Bishop Daniel Lubanga, who was first charged in 2011 for defiling a 16-year-old girl poked holes in the Prosecution's case, saying the medical examination report produced in court did not show the minor was defiled.

Lubanga, who was a Bishop at Christ Chapel Church in Kaptembwo told the court that the allegations were raised after a fallout at the church.
