Kenyan midfielder MacDonald Mariga, now playing for Italian Second Division Latina, is in hot soup after leaving referee Ivano Pezzuto’s hand bloody following a firm handshake.

Big Mac was apparently enraged for being sent off in their highly charged fixture with Vertus Entella on Sunday. The vicelike squeeze, nay, grip, not the usual mulembe ritual of greetings, must have left Pezzuto with a contorted face.
