Stop harassing junior State employees

The closed nature of State corporations has made them a perfect ground for the harassing of junior staff that hold a contrary opinion to that of the bosses.

As usual, the bosses expect employees of lower rank to toe the line. While respecting seniors is good practice, this does not mean an employee has to agree with illegal orders.

A good employee should point out glaring deficiencies in the boss’s decisions. Constructive criticism is part and parcel of daily conduct.

What makes some high-ranking State officers contravene this cardinal rule? Give respect to junior staff.
