Elizabeth Manyala, the Kayole South rep who is awaiting to be awarded a PhD in Leadership and Governance from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) could be Kenya’s most educated MCA.
Manyala who also doubles up as a lecturer at JKUAT says that although she does not feel out of place legislating with members with lower education, she warns that basic education is insufficient.
