If he claims he loves you, let him put a ring on it

Scores of women are subjected to a great deal of dysfunction in their relationships, yet some are not even aware of it. We know women who date men who have obvious flaws. These men do and say all sorts of hurtful and nasty things but the women still stay. We wonder why in God’s good name these women do not leave their partners. What you do not know is what these men are saying to the women behind closed doors.

Women are suckers for flowery words that are never put into actions. They will be belittled and slandered by their men and then called ‘honey’ and ‘sweetheart’ by the same men. Men will say damn near anything to keep you around and drag you along for the ride if you are of some benefit to them, even if you are getting the raw end of the deal in the relationship. It is not uncommon to find a woman who is clearly being mistreated by her man saying something like, ‘But he says he loves me.’ It is no sweat for a man to say ‘I love you’ because he is fully aware that that is what you want to hear. Behaviours and actions are of more significance than words.
