Senator Mike Sonko’s father, Gideon Kioko Kivanguli has been admitted to Nairobi Hospital.
Through his official Facebook page, the Nairobi Senator has asked Kenyans for prayers.
Attaching a photo of his father in ICU, he included a short prayer in the message “God I believe you heal, you healed baby Satrin, baby scandy chelangat, mariam and millions of patients with serious complications”
Senator Sonko and his dad are very close and has in many occasions attributed his success to him. It will be remembered that a few weeks ago, during Sonko’s graduation, a video of his father gleefully dancing was doing rounds on social media.

Dear Kenyans, I need your prayers, my father is in the ICU at Nairobi hospital kindly pray for him. God I believe you heal; You healed baby Satrin, baby scandy chelangat, mariam and millions of patients with serious complications. GOD heal my Dad and all the patients admitted in different hospitals countrywide in the mighty name of JESUS.
Although it is not yet clear what could be ailing him, kinds words flooded his page as they wished his father quick recovery.
