The High Court has restrained Kakamega Senator Boni Khalwale from making remarks linking Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero to the Mumias Sugar Company scam.
Justice Joseph Sergon issued the orders after Dr Kidero sued Dr Khalwale over slanderous remarks allegedly made in public.
