CID officers in Ruiru have launched a manhunt for a nominated Kiambu MCA who is alleged to have defiled a 15-year-old. It is alleged that Jackson Njuguna Karanja lured the girl, who had visited them at Sewerage estate in Ruiru Sub County.
The nominated MCA is said to have gone into hiding. “Investigations have been completed and we will be forwarding the file to the Director of Public Prosecutions for directions. In the mean time, we are looking for him to charge him with the offence,” a senior officer attached to CID Ruiru told The Narobian.
