A small drone carrying three kilos of synthetic drugs crashed in a shopping center in Tijuana, Mexico -- just hundreds of feet from the California border, police said.
The apparently remote-controlled drone apparently was brought down Wednesday by the weight of its cargo -- six Scotch-taped packages attached to the wings, police said.
