NAIROBI KENYA: Gatundu South Member of Parliament Moses Kuria has filed a motion with the Leader of Majority to summon the Cabinet Secretary for Foreign Affairs Amina Mohamed for “her failure to make sure Kenya withdraws from the International Criminal Court”.
Kuria said that parliament passed a motion on December 15, 2010 requiring Kenya to withdraw from ICC, after the court commenced trials against four Kenyans who were suspected to have played part in the 2008 Post Election Violence among the current President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto.
