Automated registration of births launched

The Government has launched automated registration of births and deaths to update existing records.

Interior Cabinet Secretary Joseph ole Lenku said the exercise will be concluded within three months, adding that up to 60 per cent of births and 47 per cent of deaths that occurred last year were not recorded.
