Kajiado, Kenya: Drama enfolded Saturday after fire broke out at Isinya Multi-Purpose Development Training Center, the venue where Education Cabinet Secretary Jacob Kaimenyi was presiding over Kajiado County Education Day.
The fire is said to have started after a drunkard threw a piece of cigarette on the dry grass.
