Worked as a corporate management trainee at Safari Park Hotel/Sh12,000 per month.
4. Worst Job/Best Job Working in all departments during my management training at Safari Park Hotel. The worst was being a guard. The best job is what I am doing now at Top Quality Auto Ltd, leading a team of 90 motivated staff in the final stage of ISO 9001:2008 QMS certification.

6. Worst Mistake Leaving Kenya to go hunting for a job abroad.

9. Most Embarrassing Moment When in the UK, we had a running exercise as a team building activity. Everybody believed that since I was Kenyan, I would win the race, only to finish last and everybody wondered whether I was really a Kenyan.
10. One Thing You Regret Not winning the race for team building that day and prove I am Kenyan as our athletes always do. Since that day, I have learnt to avoid racing. It is not one of my strengths.
11. Unforgettable Person/Proudest Moment My wife. She completes me by showing me my blind spots/The birth of my four children.
