From the married, rich, hustler to the sniper, hood players De-mystified.

Call it peer pressure or whatever, in the hood players come in varied shapes but what remains is the fact they can juggle chics no matter who they are. Don’t hate, appreciate. Or as they say, mwanaume ni effort after all you can’t blame a guy for trying, can you? Take the rich guy who has a good job or business thing going on. His selling point? He’s probably good looking, young and has assets.

This guy leaves solo, affording him the chance to bring any young girl home. In a single day he will peddle one chic in the mid-morning for ‘brunch’, another for ‘lunch’ and the last one for ‘dinner.’ To keep his dirty business under wraps, house girls are swapped every month and he has different cabs on standby, depending on the target.

The hustler on the other hand uses lies and sweet nothings to get some. He doesn’t choose so long as he can tap it, he’s good to go. These types mess around with anything from mboches to naïve school girls he can impress with a few thousands, coming off as a baller.

Then there is the ‘fake it until you make it’ type of dude. They drive hired or other people’s cars, acting like they own the world. Some throw in an accent and strange foreign stories to impress. Young girls fall like prey for these wannabes who save up to take their marks to clubs and places these gold diggers love. Before it’s over he’s been with every girl in the ‘hood and is moving onto the next.

On the other end is the nice guy who’s a friend to everyone. This is the friend with benefits. He gives a shoulder to lean on and treats girls the way their men never would, thus gaining their trust. The cunning character soon offers other things to different girls in a hush-hush arrangement becoming the silent player. He is a sniper.

Still, you can’t compare him to the disgusting married man who hits on house girls and checks out every woman that crosses his path. He’s the type who will pretend to be polishing and waxing his car just to ogle and salivate at every female, regardless of age. It is no wonder house girls rarely stay in such houses due to these predators who operate under their wives noses

Then you have the young married guy who can’t give up his bachelor party life and ends up in a bitter divorce or separation; soon house parties are the order of the day. They drive souped-up cars and announce their arrival with loud music. In tow is the girl of the day and the cycle continues.

Catching up are young women who get dropped from God-knows-where by different men.  Their modus operandi involves looking and acting the part. Every guy has his financial place in her big heart; rent, hair, clothes the works. Like clockwork, they come in at different times never at any point meeting.
