Ex-PS gets world job

Kenya: Former Public Works Permanent Secretary Gideon Mulyungi has been elected to represent Kenya in the International Union of Architects for three years.

Mr Mulyungi joins three others from Morocco, Egypt and Tanzania who were elected during the union's World Congress in Durban, South Africa, last week. He will be deputised by Architectural Association of Kenya chairman Waweru Gatheca. Mulyungi is vice president of the African Union of Architects and chairman of Tectonics International Architects.
