Nairobi, Kenya: At least one person has been seriously injured in yet another blast outside a mosque in Eastleigh area, Nairobi.

A witness say a man on foot hurled a grenade at a crowd outside Hidaya mosque but the grenade rolled far away from the people before exploding and seriously injuring one.

Police on the ground confirmed the blast injured one person.

The blast occurred at the same mosque where Kamukunji MP Yussuf Hassan was critically injured in an explosion that killed six and injured twenty others a week ago.

The MP has since been flown to South Africa for further treatment.
