Saccos sue council over dilapidated bus park

The High Court has barred the Nanyuki Municipal Council from collecting fees and charges from six matatu Saccos until it repairs a bus park and provides sanitary facilities.

Justice Joseph Sergon sitting in Nyeri granted an application to the Nyakati Matatu Investments Sacco Limited and five others who have a membership of more than 1,000 matatu and taxis.
