Parking Fees Increased

Theres uproar on the streets of Nairobi this morning after the Nairobi city council begun effecting new parking fees following a court order. Motorists began paying 250 shillings as parking fees amid protests that the charges are exorbitant and are not commensurate with the services being provided by the city council. But as Ktn’s Shem Oluchiri reports, the city council is adamant that the new rates will stay.
