The Supreme Court has allowed the National super Alliance (NASA) read-only access to select servers used by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission, with liberty to make copies of forms 3A and 34B.
They will however only access these servers under the supervision of the Supreme Court's registrar.
NASA had earlier claimed that IEBC denied them access to the servers, with Lawyer Paul Mwangi stating that the commission had only provided print logs.
Several lawyers have lined up at the Supreme Court to represent the IEBC, NASA and the Jubilee party.
