Kenya has confirmed
its first case of Coronavirus after a patient tested positive on Thursday.
The 27-year-old lady is said to have taken herself to hospital after she started feeling unwell.
She is said to have landed in the country on March 5, 2020, and was returning from the US to Nairobi via London.
She was confirmed positive by the national influenza lab and is being managed at the Infectious Diseases Unit at the Kenyatta National Hospital.

Kagwe on Friday lauded her bravery and sense of responsibility for taking herself to hospital after she noticed some symptoms of the virus.
Further, the patient
revealed names of the people she interacted with and the government has also
traced some of the people who were seated near her when she jetted back into
the country.
