Edwin Abonyo, husband to the late Bomet Governor Joyce Laboso, on Thursday gave a moving tribute to his wife describing her as an exceptional woman.
Speaking during a memorial service that was held at the All Saints Cathedral, Abonyo recalled the precious moments he had with Laboso and applauded her strength even when she was unwell.
