Kenyans in parts of Kisumu disappointed with KIEMS failure

Some Kenyans in parts of Kisumu, Nyabondo county at the Rabuor polling centre, have expressed their disappointments due to "total failure" of the KIEMS system on August 8 2017. The machines for two streams have failed to detect voter's finger prints although the process is smooth in the other streams.

Susan Atieno, who arrived at the polling station at 3.00 am with her baby, was disappointed when the machine failed to find her name after several attempts.
