Ruto: Jubilee will win

By Ben Khaniri | August 22nd 2016

Deputy President William Ruto has expressed confidence that the Jubilee Party will win next year’s general election because it's support base is growing.

Speaking at Gede Primary School, Kilifi North Constituency, during a women empowerment programme, the Deputy President told the people of the Coast to join Jubilee.
Mr Ruto asked the people of Gede: “Our 2013 votes are intact and have since increased. How will the opposition beat us if their votes are reducing?”
He said the Jubilee administration has a clear agenda that will transform the country and the lives of Kenyans.
Mr Ruto cited infrastructural projects, health, education and agriculture reforms as well as electricity distribution as key issues the Government has invested in.
