Several Trans-Nzoia County staff were yesterday locked out of their offices by Governor Patrick Khaemba for reporting to work late.
A number of top county officials were denied access to their offices after the governor ordered the main gate closed at 8 am. Khaemba assigned an Administration Police officer to prevent any worker reporting for duty after 8 am entry into the offices.
