Improving education top on my agenda, says Wajir South MP

The former Aljazeera journalist also reopened and operationalised Wajir South Technical and Vocational College and disbursed Sh1m in bursaries to students. He also pledged to build hostels for students.

Addressing the residents during the commissioning of two classrooms at Aqar, the MP said more development projects were in the offing including the fencing of Diff Secondary School and the groundbreaking of Dadajabulla Girls Secondary School.

"The development tour is a significant step toward addressing the challenges in education and creating a conducive environment for our future generation. My unwavering commitment to fulfilling my pre-election pledges remains resolute," said Adow.

Feisal Ali Omar, a teacher at one of the schools that received an infrastructural boost, applauded the MP for his dedication to education.
