  • The towering Belgian has had a hands-off warning placed on his head by boss Jose Mourinho.

But the Turkish giants are reportedly still interested in pinching him from Old Trafford – but not until next year, according to the Sun.

Mourinho has said he does not think any new players will be joining his side before the window shuts tomorrow night.

And that would appear to ring true with the side that finished third in last season’s Super Lig targeting a transfer next summer.

West Brom star Josef de Souza is said to be on the brink of joining Fenerbahce in an £8.6million move.

But supremos for the Istanbul-based club will have to work hard to convince Mourinho to flog the former Everton man.
