Theft: Lens theft at media centre

Getty Images photographer covering the IAAF World Under-18 championships at Kasarani lost a Canon Super telephoto lens on Friday.

The lens disappeared at the media centre shortly after the final event of the day.

Fans: Crowds grow bigger as closing day nears

Kenyans are really last minute people if the number of the fans at the stadium is anything to go by. Low numbers at the start of the championships had the organisers worried but the trend has since changed with the crowd growing bigger.
