Ingredients:
? 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
? 50g butter
? 10-12 raw prawns, peeled and cleaned
? 3-4 gloves garlic (medium sized), minced
? Salt and pepper to taste
? Dhania to garnish
Directions:
Heat oil and butter in a wok then add garlic then prawns and stir.
Continue to stir until the prawns are pink (4-6 mins).
Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with chopped dhania before serving.
