HP East Africa winds up voluntarily

NAIROBI, KENYA: Hewlett Packard is folding up its East African business following a special resolution at an extraordinary general meeting held early this month.

In a notice, the IT Company said George Were and Muniu Thoithi have been appointed joint liquidators to wind up.
The announcement sets the stage for creditors of the company to send full particulars of all the claims they may have against the firm on or before October 9 this year.
