Former Capital FM (Kenya) presenter Allan who is now hosting the Big Breakfast show in Uganda’s Capital FM with Jackie and Ramesh recently challenged the Ugandan government to give food to starving Ugandans. "The Teso people are starving, yet the government is doing nothing to alleviate this disaster," Allan said.
" We have decided to lead this campaign and have distributed tonnes of food stuff to the affected an action which was acknowledged by parliament," he told Pulse on Thursday.
